We are super excited to announce the details for this years Mid Year Concert on Sunday 6th July!

Our Mid Year Concerts are very different to the end of year concert. Mid Year performances are a low key, informal concert that allow parents, grandparents and friends to see what the student's have learnt in class throughout the first semester.

Our Mid Year Concerts are a highlight of the year. They are super FUN!! We love coming together as a community, connecting with one another as well as supporting the performers. It truly is the best day not only for the performers but also for everyone that attends.

This year we have changed venues and will be running all concerts (2 in total) at Club Italia located in Sunshine. Your Show ticket will not only include the incredible performance by The Dance Centre students but also includes antipasto and a 2 course meal, memorable photo opportunities and entertaining pop ups for the kids.

We hope this site will provide a 1 stop platform to access all information you need rather than searching your inbox! We understand how busy parents lives are so we hope this site makes the concert process easy and stress free!

SHOW TIMES

Concert Group 1 - 12:00pm - 3:00pm. Please Note: Students will need to arrive by 11:00am. Doors to the venue for guests will open by 11:30am.

Concert Group 2 - 6:00pm - 8:30pm. Please Note: Students will need to arrive by 5:00pm. Doors to the venue for guests will open by 5:45pm.

COSTUMES

There will be NO Costumes for the Mid Year Concert.

All students are required to purchase and wear The Dance Centre 2025 Mid Year Concert Tshirt to perform in . Please use the link below to place your order by 10th June

The Mid Year Concert T shirt is to be worn with Black Cotton dance shorts as well as the correct stockings and footwear.

Make sure you don't leave any uniform purchases until the last minute as stock does sell out fast! Aim to have all your concert purchases by the 6th June.

Please also make sure shoes and uniforms are clean and looking presentable.

HAIR & MAKE UP

Any long hair is required to be pulled neatly off the students face in a high slick ponytail. There is no need for makeup for all Lil Groovers and Junior Performers. Light Concert Makeup can be worn for all Middle School, High School and Senior School Students.

Please check the Concert Show lists by clicking the button at the top of this page to see what show/s your child will be performing in.

If you are unsure of your dancers class names or times, these can be viewed on the Class Manager Parent Portal or on your Enrolment Confirmation.

NOTE: Running Orders of the show will be released soon. Students should become familiar with the running orders so they know which order they perform their routines in and understand which shoes they should be changing in to.

***If your child is unable to attend the concert – please let us know ASAP so teachers can be notified.***

If you aren't already familiar with the Class Manager App, this is the app/website you enrolled your child in to, please make sure you:

1. Have downloaded the App or can log on to the website -  https://app.classmanager.com/portal/the-dance-centre-6049/login

2. Have Updated your Child's Emergency Contact Details, Health / Medical Conditions, Allergies etc

3. Teachers will be posting class updates and videos of routines along with the music for your performer to practice in the lead up to Mid-Year on the BAND app. To access the Band App and The Dance Centre content, please use the QR codes located in The Dance Centre foyer and at the Front Desk.

Adults $85 -

- Main Meal (one selection) Porchetta - Italian Spiced Roast Pork loin or Pollo Arrosto - Roasted Chicken breast with Porcini Cream sauce or Grilled Barramundi or Braised Beef Cheek

School Aged Child* $55

- Main Meal - Chicken Tenderloins with Chips

- Dessert - Chocolate Mousse

* Children tickets are for Children Aged 12 years and Under (Primary School). An Infant or Toddler who will be sitting on your lap, does not require a ticket. Please understand The Venue does not allow external food to be brought in. All Toddlers that require their own seat and would like a meal, will need a child ticket.

Performers DO NOT need to be included in your Table Numbers. They will receive their Performer meals in the Performers Area.

Performer Tickets will be included with your Concert Tshirt Order

Tickets are Allocated Table seating. There are 12 seats to a table. Please be assured you do not have to purchase the whole table.

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the event, concert show lists and seat selection details as we are unable to refund or exchange for consumer error or mistake or change of mind.

Tickets are available until sold out. Please get in quick as tickets do usually sell out within 1 hour of going on sale.
